Who Qualifies for Services

  • Adults age 60 and older residing in Palm Beach County
  • Adults age 18 and older with disabilities (for certain programs)
  • Caregivers of eligible individuals

Alzheimer's Disease Initiative (ADI)

Service: Specialized services for individuals with Alzheimer's or related disorders and their caregivers
Services Include: Respite care, adult day care, caregiver support and training

Community Care for the Elderly (CCE)

Services: Case management, adult day care, homemaking, personal care, respite care, emergency alert response, specialized medical equipment
Goal: Preserve independence and prevent premature institutional care

Home Care for the Elderly (HCE)

Contact: 1-866-684-5885
Service: Basic subsidy and specialized services for caregivers of elders in private homes
Eligibility: Age 60+, living in family-type living arrangement

Eligibility: At least one person age 60+ in household, low-income, energy crisis, reside in Palm Beach County
